Christchurch couple's earthquake repairs seemed fast, then started going wrong

Repair Nightmares explores Canterbury's failed earthquake repairs issue. The fourth in the series looks at underfloor piles and a troublesome garage.

Kirsty and Richard Burdes say they have been mislead by their contractors and the Earthquake Commission (EQC).

They live in a 1931 brick house overlooking the Heathcote River that was damaged in the February 2011 earthquake.
