Insurance puzzle leaves immaculate Christchurch character home unsellable

Their restored bungalow is immaculate – earthquake repaired, rewired, renovated and repainted - but unsellable. 

John and Raewyn Waldron have spent large amounts of money and time on their Christchurch home – and when they put it on the market in February buyers were keen.

But the couple cannot sell the house because no-one will insure it for a buyer.
