Applications flooding in as deadline for government on-solds programme looms

Applications are flooding in to a soon-to-close government scheme tackling a legacy Christchurch earthquakes issue expected to cost taxpayers $300 million.

The programme resolve the “on-sold overcap” issue for about 1000 homeowners was set up in August 2019.
